Forms

When you send the booking or contact form, we receive your name, phone number, your child’s age and anything you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to you about visits, admissions or your question, and we never sell or share it.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are most helpful). You can accept or decline this when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link.

Keeping information safe

Form messages are stored securely and only school staff who need them can see them. We delete old enquiries after one year.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email admissions@littleexplorers.ac.ug.

Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of every child comes first. All staff are reference-checked and trained, children leave only with adults you have named, and any concern is acted on straight away. Our full safeguarding policy is available at the school on request.
